Food Service Director

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Food Safety Director for direct hire in Milbank, SD!

Schedule is Monday through Friday, year round. Annual salary is $46K.Benefits package available.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• Meet USDA professional standards according to school enrollment
• Experience in HACCP, OSHA, and safety programs.

Certifications and Licensures

• SERVSafe Certification or ability to obtain within 30-days
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.

Computer/Technology Knowledge

• Ability to learn and navigate Microsoft office programs including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ability to operate food service-related information systems.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) system
• Ability to utilize HR and Payroll system.

Supervisory Skills

• Ability to direct and supervise team members according to district policies while following the company values

General Requirements

• Ability to understand financial data including P&Ls, KPIs, and related financial data pieces and make good decisions using that data
• Ability to translate financial data to applicable audiences
• Ability to identify and exercise high emotional intelligence personally and with others.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Must pass background checks and drug test
