Food Service Director

We\'re seeking a hands-on Food Service Director for one of our clients. If you\'re a strong leader who enjoys developing teams, managing operations, and making a positive impact, we\'d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily food service operations and meal service
• Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP, USDA, OSHA)
• Manage inventory, purchasing, labor, and food costs
• Build positive relationships with school staff and administration
• Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of food service supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• ServSafe Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and reporting
