Food Service Director

Camp Copass is seeking aFood Service Director who loves serving people, leading a team, and using the ministry of hospitality to help create an environment where lives can be changed.

The Food Service Director provides leadership and oversight for all food service operations at Camp Copass. This person will lead with a servant’s heart while maintaining excellent standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience.

Food service at Camp Copass is more than preparing meals. A welcoming dining hall, a well-prepared meal, and a servant-hearted staff can all contribute to an environment where ministry happens.

Camp Copass exists to“create an environment for the Holy Spirit to work…through evangelism, teaching, discipleship, and recreation.”

The Food Service Director should embrace that mission and recognize that every meal served is an opportunity to support churches, ministries, leaders, students, children, and families who come to Camp Copass.
