The RoleWe're hiring a Food Runner for a high-volume, multi-level rooftop venue. You'll deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately, keeping service smooth during peak hours. This role suits someone reliable who moves fast and stays organized under pressure.
What You'll Do- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct table or guest promptly and accurately
- Confirm orders match tickets before leaving the kitchen
- Communicate with kitchen and floor staff on order status, delays, or special requests
- Identify and describe dishes to guests
- Assist servers with clearing plates, resetting tables, and restocking service stations
- Navigate multiple floors quickly while carrying trays and plates safely
- Flag any missing items, allergy concerns, or order issues to kitchen and management
- Maintain cleanliness of expo and service areas
- Follow all food safety and handling regulations
- Prior food running, server assistant, or F&B experience preferred, not required
- Able to carry loaded trays and move quickly and safely, including stairs across multiple floors
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
