Food Runner

The role
Food Runners are the final connection between the kitchen and the guest. Every plate reaches the right guest, at the right temperature,
delivered with confidence and knowledge.
What you’ll do
Deliver dishes accurately by table and seat position.
Know every menu item, major ingredient, allergen, and
presentation standard.
Check every plate before it leaves the pass.
Keep communication flowing between the kitchen and
the floor.
Flag guest questions or problems immediately.
What we’re looking for
Restaurant experience preferred.
Strong memory and fast menu learning.
Clear, confident communication.
Speed with accuracy.
Able to carry multiple plates safely and stand for a full shift,
with or without reasonable accommodation.
