This role plays a critical part in executing automated production processes, troubleshooting issues in real time, and ensuring consistency in product output.Key Responsibilities1. Machine Operation & ProductionOperate the plating robot during scheduled production and testing runsEnsure accurate portioning, ingredient placement, and build quality according to specificationsStart up, shut down, and monitor the machine throughout shiftsMaintain consistent throughput while minimizing errors or downtime2. Quality ControlVerify that finished meals meet quality, presentation, and portion standardsPerform routine checks on ingredients, weights, and outputsFlag and fix defective or incorrect buildsMaintain a clean and organized workstation in line with food safety standards3. Troubleshooting & Issue EscalationIdentify and resolve basic mechanical or operational issues in real timeEscalate more complex issues as neededDocument errors, downtime, and recurring issues to support system improvements4.
