This position is responsible for safely operating processing and packaging equipment while maintaining quality, production, and food safety standards.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor processing and packaging machinerySet up equipment and make adjustments throughout the shiftPerform product and packaging changeoversMonitor labels, seals, weights, date codes, and finished product qualityTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needsPerform routine equipment cleaning, inspections, lubrication, and operator maintenanceComplete production, batch/LOT, downtime, and machine operation documentationFollow GMPs, SOPs, food safety procedures, and all required safety protocolsWork closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teamsQualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredMinimum 1 year of experience in a food or supplement manufacturing environmentPrevious machine operation or production equipment experienceComfortable working around manufacturing equipment and noiseAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate production recordsIdeal CandidateWe are looking for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who is comfortable operating machinery, performing changeovers, identifying minor equipment issues, and maintaining strong quality and safety standards.
