To support global program designs and initiatives, the full-time Food Assistance Technical Advisor will provide technical consulting, implement program standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Champion and implement global program designs, standards, and training tools in alignment with ministry objectives Provide consulting and subject matter expertise to National Offices, focusing on program development and implementation Analyze program data to identify improvement opportunities and support Regional staff in measurement usage and interpretation Required qualifications Demonstrated experience in program design and implementation within the food assistance sector Expertise in data analysis and metrics development for program evaluation Ability to work independently on complex issues and coach other specialists Strong understanding of child protection principles and commitment to their application Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field
