Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.Compensation: $20.77 - $22.00/hr plus tipsKey Responsibilities of the F&B Team Member:Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guestsAlways maintain a professional appearanceMaintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper, and other suppliesStock beverage carts to par levels each day of useAssures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followedOperate point of sale system, guest member charges, and credit card charges according to procedureLearn the names of regulars and personally recognize themMonitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service.Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are availablePrepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinksPerforms clean-up and closing duties as assignedCommunicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employeesEnsure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional mannerAssist in food preparation and tend bar as neededDemonstrating responsible cash handling skillsPrepares, cooks, and serves food menu options. Prior cooking experience not requiredUnderstanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling proceduresMaintaining clean kitchen environment, including cleaning of fryer and flat topPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor or managerThe applicant must be 21 years of age or older. The applicant must be able to lift 20lbs. The applicant must have or be able to obtain a Class 12 MAST permit and Food Handlers permit. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must be able to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol. Regular and reliable attendance.
