A dynamic environment for hospitality professionals serving both business and leisure travelers. **Pay Range:**$22.00-$32.00JOB DESCRIPTION**Job Title**: F&B Supervisor**Department:** Food & Beverage**Supervision Exercised:** Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Bussers, Food Runners, Line Cooks**Supervision Received:** General Manager and Director of Rooms**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS****Education*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.**Experience*** Minimum 1–2 years of food and beverage experience.* Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.* Experience in restaurant, bar, or banquet operations a plus.**Skills and Knowledge*** Strong leadership and communication abilities.* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.* Working knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.* Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations.* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.* Strong organizational and team coordination skills.* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.**Job Duties and Responsibilities*** Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).* Assist with training and onboarding new team members.* Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met.* Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods.* Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed.* Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.* Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes.* Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.* Assist with opening and closing procedures.* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.**Position Disclaimer:** This job description reflects the general nature and level of work performed in this role and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications.
