What You Will Own
- Day to day leadership of F&B operations across all three revenue outlets: restaurant, banquets, and TOGO
- Direct management of the Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, and Banquet Supervisor
- Hire and fire authority over the F&B team, exercised in coordination with the GM and Director of Operations rather than fully autonomous
- Shift coverage and hands-on floor presence as needed
What We Are Looking For
- Proven F&B management experience in a hotel or resort setting with multiple outlets
- Experience managing department heads (chef, restaurant manager level), not just line staff
- Comfortable operating with shared hire/fire authority and reporting into ownership/operations leadership
- Strong operational and financial acumen across a mid-size, high-volume F&B operation
- Hands-on leadership style, willing to work shifts alongside the team
Compensation and Benefits
- $75,000 base salary
- PTO: 1 week after year 1, 2 weeks after year 2, 3 weeks after year 5
- 1 week sick time
- 401(k) with 5% match after 12 months of employment
