Folder OperatorThe Folder Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folder machines to ensure the accurate and efficient folding of printed materials/products according to job specifications. This role plays a key part in our production workflow and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate folder machines (e.g., MBO, Stahl, or equivalent)Review job tickets, specifications, and quality standards prior to each runPerform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtimeMonitor production output for accuracy and quality, adjusting settings as neededKeep accurate records of production data and material usageFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work areaCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job status or issuesAssist with training new operators or helpers as neededRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent1+ year of experience operating folder equipment (or relevant machinery)Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions
