If you're ready for your next opportunity in print finishing, apply today!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Set up and run Stahl, MBO, and Baum FoldersEvaluate and make decisions concerning quality of product while foldingReview job tickets and plan work processes to meet customer specificationsPrepare load flags on each outgoing load showing the next operation or destinationNotify supervision of mechanical/electrical problems and complete "Work Orders" for parts/repairs that require maintenance assistancePerform routine and preventative maintenance on all assigned equipmentEnsure good housekeeping practices are followed in order to maintain a clean, healthful, and safe work areaListen to and follow directions of the supervisorEnsure production meets department goals and metricsFollow all PPE and safety procedures and assist Operator, crew, and department in identifying areas for improvement in safetyComplete all annual compliance trainingMeet company standards for attendance and punctuality and communicate effectively with team membersAssist on other machines as neededAssist with hand work as neededAll other duties as assignedRequirements:Previous folder operator experience requiredAbility to read work instructions and business memosEffective communications skillsPhysical Requirements:Requires use of proper body mechanics with pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting, squatting, kneeling, and bendingAbility to lift 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionallyMittera is a leading-edge company that provides commercial and digital printing, finishing, graphic design, data analytics, direct mail processing, and fulfillment services.
