FOLDER/GLUER OPERATORS (2ND OR 3RD SHIFT)

Gluer OperatorOur Gluer Operators are responsible for the set-up and operation of folder-gluer machines, ensuring all cartons meet our high-quality standards, for all our customers.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Set up window/folder-gluer machinesFeed machines during production runsMust be able to continuously lift, fan, and load stacks of paperboard into the machine feed. This requires repetitive reaching and gripping.Troubleshoot and perform machine adjustments as neededMust be comfortable standing and moving in a fast-paced environment for the duration of an 8–12-hour shift, maintaining the physical pace required to keep the machine running at target speeds.Follow work instructions and procedures for each jobMeet job quotas and maintain product conformance to specificationsPerform general maintenanceFine motor skills required for clearing occasional jams and making precise adjustments to belts, guides, and glue guns.Handle all other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForQuality-conscious individual must have a high attention to detailUse a "quality-first" mindset to stop the machine if product integrity is questioned, ensuring we maintain our reputation for excellence with every customer.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate and comprehend written and verbal instructionsAbility to work with technology and automated systemsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds repetitivelyMust be willing to work 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm) or 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday 10pm – 6am) with some overtime/weekend workTraining will be on 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm) up to the first 120 days of employmentPrior manufacturing experience preferred, but not requiredMission, Vision, ValuesAt Green Bay Packaging- Folding Carton, our values are more than words on paper they guide how we work together every single day.
