Folder Gluer OperatorWe are seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folder gluer machines to produce high-quality folding cartons in a fast-paced packaging environment.The ideal candidate will have experience with Brausse and/or Signature folder gluers and a strong understanding of carton converting processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Brausse and Signature folder gluer machinesRun straight-line, auto-bottom, and 4/6 corner cartonsRead and interpret job tickets, specs, and structural drawingsEnsure proper glue application, alignment, and folding accuracyMonitor production for quality, consistency, and efficiencyPerform make-ready, adjustments, and changeoversInspect finished product to ensure it meets customer and quality standardsTroubleshoot mechanical and production issuesMaintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenanceWork closely with die cutting and press departments to ensure smooth workflowAccurately complete production reports and documentationRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience operating folder gluer machinesExperience with Brausse and/or Signature equipmentStrong understanding of folding carton production and converting processesAbility to read job specs, layouts, and dielinesKnowledge of carton styles (straight-line, auto-bottom, 4/6 corner)Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in folding carton or packaging manufacturingFamiliarity with high-speed production environmentsKnowledge of glue systems and adhesive applicationsExperience with quality control processes and inspectionsSkills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detail and qualityProblem-solving mindsetAbility to manage multiple jobs and prioritiesGood communication and teamwork skillsReliability and strong work ethicCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay (based on experience)Overtime opportunities available401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays
