This role requires strong technical expertise, troubleshooting capabilities, and a commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has experience operating Bobst folder gluing equipment and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll DoSet up and operate Bobst Folder Gluer equipment.Review job tickets and production specifications before each production run.Produce straight-line cartons, auto-bottom cartons, four-corner displays, sleeves, and other specialty products.Monitor quality throughout production to ensure compliance with customer requirements.Inspect products and maintain production samples.Troubleshoot equipment and make operational adjustments as needed.Perform preventative maintenance and maintain equipment performance.Maintain production documentation and records.Coordinate workflow with production team members and temporary operators.Communicate machine status and production updates during shift handoffs.Monitor inventory levels and communicate material needs.Follow all company safety, quality, security, and operating procedures.What You'll BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 4 years of Folder Gluer operating experience.Experience operating Bobst equipment preferred.Packaging, converting, folding carton, or print manufacturing experience preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of folder gluing processes and carton construction.Experience with glue systems including hot melt, cold glue, and fugitive glue.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Basic computer skills and familiarity with production systems.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining production standards.How You Will Be SuccessfulPassion for Cards: Help create premium packaging solutions for products enjoyed by collectors worldwide.Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Maintain exceptional standards for product quality, workplace safety, and operational excellence.Building Relationships: Work collaboratively with operators, supervisors, and support teams to achieve production goals.Integrity and Respect: Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and reliability.Challenging the Expected: Drive continuous improvement through technical expertise, efficiency, and innovation.Why Join MPG?Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the largest trading card printer in the world.
