Smurfit WestRock seeks a skilled Folder Gluer Operator to run paper-based packaging equipment in our high-volume manufacturing facility. You will set up, operate, and monitor folder gluer machines to safely produce quality cartons to customer specifications.
Responsibilities include changeovers, adjustments, basic troubleshooting, and in-process quality checks while meeting production targets. You’ll follow strict safety and 5S standards, collaborate with maintenance and quality teams, and support continuous improvement in a performance-driven, sustainability-focused environment.
