. Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a talented Front of House Manager  to   join our team and contribute  to   our continued success.

As the Front of House Manager or Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to -day operations of our front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service and creating a welcoming environment for our valued guests. Your leadership skills, attention  to   detail, and commitment  to   delivering top-notch service will drive the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional leadership and guidance  to   the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff  to   deliver outstanding customer service, maintain high standards, and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Manage the floor during service, ensuring smooth operations, efficient seating, and prompt resolution of guest inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management team  to   maintain a cohesive and well-coordinated operation.
• Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels of supplies, equipment, and merchandise related  to   the front-of-house operations.
• Uphold and enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organized dining environment.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures, including reservation systems, guest feedback collection, and staff scheduling.
• Stay up-to -date with industry trends and implement innovative strategies  to   enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, casual dining establishment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability  to   motivate and inspire a team  to   achieve excellence.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Solid understanding of front-of-house operations, including seating management, reservation systems, and POS systems.
• Ability  to   handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with acute attention  to   detail.
• Flexibility  to   work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
