Foam Molding OperatorThe Foam Molding Operator is responsible for making parts in our foam molding department, while ensuring finished parts meet customer specifications and company quality standards. This position is also responsible for ensuring that production processes are accurate and efficient, and that safety and quality standards are maintained throughout all areas in the facility.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The following description of work to be performed by this individual is not intended to be all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished.Ensure that safety is always the number one priority at Alexandria Industries; promote and support a safe work environment and safety-oriented culture by following all safety programs and guidelines.Paint and trim mold products to meet customer specifications.Operator must learn the templates for paint patterns and material change oversBe able to assist in the planning and prioritizing of production needsBe self-motivated! And able to work as part of a team.
