Recovia, LLC seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient Behavioral Health / Complex Pain / Addiction Clinic at our Midtown Phoenix clinic, 337 E Coronado Rd #201, Phoenix AZ 85004. You will see 12-15 patients daily, with a schedule of 8-5 or 9-5, and no evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
Competitive salary plus a productivity bonus of $1,000 per month, with opportunities for career advancement toward clinic director as we grow. Must hold an active FNP license.
