Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Primary Care / Urgent Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a busy Primary Care / Urgent Care facility in Brooklyn. This role is ideal for an NP who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in a Primary Care and Urgent Care setting
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams, assessments, and procedures
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Provide preventive care and patient education
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active FNP license in New York
• 1+ year of Nurse Practitioner experience required
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or similar setting preferred
• Strong clinical decision‑making and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
