What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
- Engage in preventive care, chronic disease management, and health education
What We're Looking For
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Passion for community health and serving underserved populations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
