Flowback Night Supervisor
WISCO is hiring a Flowback Night Supervisor to lead nightly well testing and flowback operations. This role oversees crews, ensures safe and efficient job execution, and delivers high-quality service to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise flowback operations, including rig-up/rig-down
- Lead and support crew members to ensure safe, efficient work
- Determine equipment needs and proper setup based on job requirements
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate job documentation
- Enforce safety policies, SOPs, and QA/QC standards
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure readiness for upcoming jobs
- Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
Requirements
- Flowback/well testing experience required; leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment and safety practices
- Ability to lead crews and problem-solve in the field
- Valid driver's license
