Our exceptional quality is driven by a deep investment in and the daily practice of continually improving our people, processes, and products.This great opportunity joins a growing team on 2nd shift and must be able to set up and operate machines and related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have been developed.Location: Newburyport MA100% OnsiteResponsibilities:Run all presses 2 ton to 100 tonMeet all standards on all operation's sheetsPerform visual inspection while running pressesInspect work for all dimensional features as required per standard workProduce quality and quantity of work in accordance with Company requirementsResponsible for keeping neat and clean work area at all timesResponsible for all routing paperwork while running a jobFollow all applicable AS9100 proceduresRequired Qualifications:High School or equivalentMust be able to understand and follow instructions in English.Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.Must have demonstrated mechanical ability.Preferred Qualifications:Two years of experience as a CNC operator.Working Conditions:Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to travel between locations or to suppliers up to 25% of time.The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
