Position Overview
Outpatient psychiatric practice seeking a Psychiatrist to join its growing team in Florida’s highly desirable Treasure Coast region. The organization is focused on delivering comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a long-term mission centered on serving Veterans, First Responders, individuals affected by PTSD, and the broader community.
Position Highlights
· 100% outpatient psychiatry practice
· Flexible schedule with virtual/telemed options
· No call responsibilities, No weekends
· Patient volumes of approximately 8-10 patients per day
· Integrated care model combining medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and family involvement
· Access to in-office NeuroStar TMS technology
· Potential partnership opportunity available
· EMR platform includes voice-to-text functionality with AI enhancements
Compensation & Benefits
· Total compensation potential of $325,000–$350,000
· Performance-driven bonus structure based on clinical quality, outcomes, and patient care
