To support a growing team, the full-time Florida MSP Support Technician will provide remote IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with infrastructure projects while working from home in Florida. Key responsibilities Provide remote technical support for end users across multiple client environments, resolving issues efficiently Assist clients with deployments, upgrades, and day-to-day technical issues while building strong relationships through exceptional customer service Participate in server, network, and cloud projects, documenting work performed and maintaining accurate records Required qualifications Strong knowledge of desktops, networking, Microsoft 365, and end-user troubleshooting Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is preferred Familiarity with VoIP, VPNs, and remote support tools Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Must reside in Florida and have reliable high-speed internet with a dedicated home office
