Leading a team of underwriters and analysts, the full-time Florida Licensed Underwriting Consultant will manage advanced pricing and analysis requests, engage with clients and producers, and oversee strategic goals while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage and develop a team of underwriters and analysts to ensure effective workload distribution and project execution Lead client underwriting projects, presenting analyses and findings in a clear manner Identify and manage relationships with external business partners, including insurance carriers and consultants Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Five (5) or more years of related work experience One (1) or more years of management experience leading a team of at least three individuals Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education compliance Expertise in actuarial plan values and underwriting models
