Providing telephonic support to patients and families, the part-time Florida Licensed Triage RN will triage calls, offer advice, and ensure timely handling of inquiries while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Triages phone calls and addresses callers' needs using excellent customer service skills Provides telephone advice and education for patient needs while documenting information in the electronic medical record (EMR) Coordinates in-person visits when necessary and ensures effective communication with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) Required qualifications: Current Florida or multi-state RN license, with the ability to obtain a multi-state license within 30 days of hire Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or hospital settings Experience with EMR/EHR systems Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred Strong clinical and assessment skills, with the ability to manage stressful situations professionally
