Providing telephonic support to patients and families, the full-time Florida Licensed Triage RN will triage phone calls, offer education for patient needs, and ensure efficient handling of inquiries while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Triages phone calls and addresses callers' needs with excellent customer service Provides telephone advice and education, coordinating in-person visits when necessary Accurately documents patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Required qualifications: Current Florida RN license Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience, preferably in hospice or hospital settings Experience with EMR/EHR systems Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred Strong clinical and assessment skills with the ability to manage stressful situations
