To provide essential patient support through remote communication, the full-time Florida Licensed Triage Nurse will gather patient information, conduct assessments, and determine appropriate care levels while working night shifts with every other weekend requirement. Key responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming calls and triage symptoms to assess care needs Provide home care instructions and document patient encounters in the Electronic Medical Record Participate in ongoing training and maintain current nursing licensure and skills Required qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current Registered Nurse Multi-State License Minimum of 5+ years of recent clinical experience in critical care, emergency, or telephonic triage Participation in continuing education programs Strong computer skills, including proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work under stress and make independent nursing decisions
