Florida Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Therapist will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations, managing a consistent caseload while benefiting from minimal administrative burden and flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy through 60-minute sessions focused on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks Exercise independent clinical judgment and decision-making while collaborating with a supportive operational team Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort in managing a consistent outpatient caseload
