Florida Licensed Therapist Intern

To support a growing practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Therapist Intern will provide telehealth counseling and evidence-based therapeutic services to clients across Florida, including behavioral health assessments and ongoing therapy, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy services through telehealth Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Manage an assigned caseload while maintaining a minimum productivity standard of 24 qualifying billable services per week Required Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited college or university Current Florida Registered Intern status (RMHCI, RCSWI, or RMFT) Minimum of one year of experience providing behavioral health or clinical services preferred Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills Reliable internet access and a private workspace that supports HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
