Delivering virtual care to patients navigating the 911/EMS system, the full-time Florida Licensed Telehealth Provider will assess patient needs, direct care, and collaborate with a diverse care team while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide virtual urgent care and secondary triage for patients, performing focused assessments and directing them to appropriate care Maintain availability and responsiveness during on-call hours, ensuring timely administrative responses and professional conduct Collaborate effectively with Navigators, nurses, and EM physicians to enhance patient care and escalate cases as needed Required qualifications Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP, national certification as FNP, AGACNP, or ENP) or Physician Assistant (MPAS/equivalent, NCCPA certified) Minimum five years of post-training clinical practice, ideally with substantial experience in a high-acuity emergency department Active, unencumbered license in Florida, Texas, or Georgia, with willingness to obtain additional state licensure Active DEA registration Reliable access to internet bandwidth for video calls and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
