To support the claims process, the full-time Florida Licensed Subrogation Adjuster will investigate liability claims, negotiate settlements with adverse carriers, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely from the Southeast region. Key responsibilities Review and analyze claims to establish liability and investigate incidents to gather necessary documentation Engage in negotiations with adverse adjusters and attorneys to reach favorable settlements Maintain detailed records of subrogation activities and provide regular updates to management on claim statuses Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred; experience in lieu of degree considered Adjuster's license required Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in subrogation or claims adjusting within the property and casualty insurance industry In-depth knowledge of insurance policies and legal concepts related to property and casualty claims Bilingual preferred
