To support a growing closed-door pharmacy, the full-time Florida Licensed Staff Pharmacist will verify prescriptions, provide patient counseling via phone, and collaborate with prescribers to enhance medication safety and access while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and clinically verify new and refill prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness Provide proactive patient counseling through phone interactions regarding medication education and adherence Collaborate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and manage therapeutic substitutions Required qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy Active Florida Pharmacy License in good standing Strong command of the English language; bilingual Spanish preferred Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume prescription verification with attention to detail Strong technical aptitude for pharmacy management systems and internal workflow tools
