Working remotely on a full-time basis, a Florida Licensed Salesforce Developer will perform hands-on technical implementation, focusing on delivering scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage design, development, testing, and deployment processes. Key responsibilities Serve as a technical resource for Salesforce projects, including solution design, configuration, and integration Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow while applying SDLC best practices Troubleshoot platform issues and support Salesforce security configuration and compliance with enterprise security requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of Salesforce platform development experience, including knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, Apex, and deployment management Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, and Platform App Builder certifications are required Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration architecture
