Florida Licensed Sales Manager

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Florida Licensed Sales Manager will generate maximum sales efficiencies, promote Hilton Grand Vacations culture, and lead sales operations through mentoring and effective customer service practices in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume Promote and support the Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club brand culture Assist in supervising and leading all aspects of the sales line through mentoring and modeling effective sales practices Required qualifications Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
