Key responsibilities Effectively triage patient phone calls related to acute pain, wound care, and symptom assessment Provide detailed clinical instruction and decision support exclusively via phone Utilize Epic electronic medical records and Microsoft Office for documentation and communication Required qualifications Current RN license in the State of Florida Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Three years of clinical experience in specialty or five years covering multiple service lines Previous experience with EPIC electronic medical records required Current BLS certification
