Providing telephonic and ad hoc support to patients and families, the full-time Florida Licensed RN Triage will establish and maintain positive relationships while efficiently addressing callers' needs in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Triage phone calls and ensure efficient handling of inquiries related to patient services Provide telephone advice and education for patient needs, coordinating in-person visits when necessary Accurately document patient information and data in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Required qualifications Current Florida RN license with at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or hospital settings Experience with electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual in Spanish preferred Strong clinical and assessment skills, with excellent critical decision-making abilities Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office and data entry skills
