To support acute care services, the part-time Florida Licensed RN Care Manager will manage patient care coordination, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage patient care coordination and transitions across the healthcare continuum Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Required qualifications Current Florida RN license is mandatory Handle with Care (HWC) Certification required within 90 days of hire Experience in acute care settings preferred Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
