To support a transformative telehealth initiative, the full-time Florida Licensed Physician Assistant will deliver virtual care to patients utilizing the 911/EMS system, providing triage, assessments, and treatment while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary care team. Key Responsibilities Provide virtual urgent care and secondary triage to patients, directing them to appropriate care or treating via telehealth Maintain availability and responsiveness during on-call hours, ensuring timely communication and documentation Collaborate with Navigators, nurses, and EM physicians to enhance patient care and address clinical needs effectively Required Qualifications Active Physician Assistant license (MPAS/equivalent, NCCPA certified) in Florida or willingness to obtain Minimum five years of post-training clinical practice, with substantial experience in a high-acuity emergency department Active DEA registration Demonstrated stability in prior roles, with a preference for longer tenures Reliable internet access and a private workspace for telehealth consultations
