Seeking a Florida Licensed Pharmacy Technician, the remote position will manage front-end processing, assist patients with prescription inquiries, and resolve escalated pharmacy issues while ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities Handle front-end processing and communicate with patients and providers via phone Resolve escalated pharmacy inquiries and provide excellent customer service Accurately enter and update patient and medication information in pharmacy systems Required qualifications Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license in good standing 2+ years of healthcare or pharmacy experience (non-commercial pharmacy experience preferred) Bachelor's degree, active progress toward a degree, or Pharmacy Technician Certification (RPT or CPhT preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple computer systems quickly Typing speed of 50+ WPM
