To support the optimization of Epic pharmacy applications, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Pharmacy Analyst will design, build, and maintain clinical application functionality while ensuring compliance with medication-use workflows and collaborating with pharmacy and clinical teams. Key responsibilities Lead the design, build, and maintenance of Epic pharmacy and clinical application functionalities, including medication workflows and formulary management Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline prescription fulfillment and medication administration processes Participate in system validations and develop clinical decision support tools to enhance medication safety and operational excellence Required qualifications Doctorate in Pharmacy or DNP; a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Nursing with additional experience may be considered Current licensure as a Pharmacist or Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Nurse Specialist EPIC certification in Beacon required, with Ambulatory preferred Five years of experience in pharmacy/clinical oncology nursing practice or Healthcare IT application analysis in the Epic Beacon environment Strong skills in workflow analysis, configuration, and the ability to translate operational workflows into Epic functionality
