To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Florida Licensed Patient Access Representative will manage patient scheduling, obtain necessary demographic and insurance information, and ensure compliance with physician protocols in a remote call center environment. Key Responsibilities: Register new patients by gathering demographics, insurance information, and referral sources Handle scheduling requests in accordance with physician and authorization protocols Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while performing all other assigned duties Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment Experience with registration, scheduling, and healthcare benefits is preferred Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment and typing skills Ability to manage high call volumes and multi-task effectively
