To support the nutritional needs of patients, the full-time Florida Licensed Nutritional Service Generalist will prepare and serve food items, maintain inventory, and ensure cleanliness in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Prepare and assemble hot and cold food items following standardized recipes to ensure quality and consistency Stock and sanitize nursing pantries, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation Serve meals, record food temperatures, and deliver trays to patients while adhering to identification protocols Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) Minimum of 1 year of food service experience (preferred) Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (preferred) Understanding of HAACP standards (preferred) Ability to communicate in English (required)
