To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Florida Licensed Nurse Navigator will liaise between patients, families, and the multidisciplinary care team, providing information and resources throughout the diagnostic evaluation process in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Assess barriers to care and refer patients to appropriate support services Educate patients on treatment plans based on their diagnoses Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to outline optimal treatment strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Valid State of Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
