To support a growing team, the full-time Telephonic Nurse Case Manager will manage medical claims remotely, ensuring timely and cost-effective treatment for injured employees while promoting their return to work. Key Responsibilities Provide telephonic case management in a Workers' Compensation environment, focusing on medical appropriateness and cost savings Facilitate communication among all parties involved in the care of injured employees to ensure quality service and customer relationships Evaluate recovery needs and develop case management care plans, tracking progress and modifying as necessary Required Qualifications Active Florida RN license is required Minimum of three years clinical experience in relevant fields such as medical-surgical or occupational nursing At least three years of experience in Workers' Compensation Case management experience preferred, particularly in Workers' Compensation Proficient in using claims and business software
