Florida Licensed Mortgage Processor

To enhance the financial lives of members, the full-time Florida Licensed Mortgage Processor will process various mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with credit union policies and state regulations, while working in a hybrid environment that combines in-office and remote tasks. Key responsibilities Administer tasks to meet processing conditions for loan approvals in accordance with GSE, PMI, FHA, USDA, and credit union guidelines Review and analyze supporting documents, including employment data, tax returns, and insurance coverage, to ensure accuracy Maintain communication with all parties involved in the mortgage transaction to ensure timely fulfillment of documentation requirements Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of mortgage processing or closing experience 2+ years of Fannie Mae experience preferred Knowledge of regulatory compliance necessary for job responsibilities Ability to work evening hours outside of normal operating hours
