Florida Licensed Mortgage Analyst

Managing the licensing lifecycle for company, branch, and individual Mortgage Loan Originators, the full-time Florida Licensed Mortgage Analyst will oversee applications, renewals, and compliance activities while working in a hybrid environment in Tampa, FL. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage company and branch licensing applications, renewals, and amendments through NMLS Track individual Mortgage Loan Originator licensing statuses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Prepare and submit accurate NMLS filings and regulatory reports within established deadlines Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience with NMLS and mortgage licensing processes Hands-on experience using the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System for company and individual filings Knowledge of MLO pre-licensing education and continuing education requirements Experience with surety bond requirements and regulatory compliance Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
