To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Florida Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults, focusing on delivering personalized care while managing a caseload of clients. Key responsibilities: Deliver telehealth services to clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities Engage in case discussions with colleagues to enhance treatment approaches Maintain a flexible schedule, accommodating evening availability for client sessions Required qualifications: Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Florida (e.g., RCSWI/CMSW, RMHCI, LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT) Master's degree in mental health or a related field Experience working with adolescents and young adults is highly preferred Availability to work between 12-40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time status Familiarity with cloud-based tools and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
